How long will my item take?

If the items are shown as available immediately then depending on the shipping service selected and the weight of the item, normally within 2-working days. 

Please contact regarding items over 2kg as these will be calculated by weight

Custom orders, depending on stock can take 7-10  working days. If this differs  you will be notified immediately. Any delayed orders due to the carrier must be taken up directly with them as once the item has left my possession I am unable to accept liability and compensation should be sought via the carrier chosen at the time of your order

If your parcel is damaged in transit please contact us immediately, providing photos as evidence. We will replace any damaged items as a matter of priority.

Returns/Refunds

Regrettably, refunds cannot be issued for changes of mind. 

Every order is meticulously custom-crafted for you, with continuous collaboration to ensure perfection. 

You will receive regular updates throughout the process, and we'll promptly inform you of any issues or recommendations. 

Upon accepting and being satisfied with the final product, you enter into a contract, acknowledging that all sales are conclusive.
